 Two Community Planning Meetings July 18
The Community Development Department and the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee will host two Community Planning charrettes on Saturday, July 18, at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at City Hall, as part of the City's 2008 - 2028 Comprehensive Plan process.
A charrette is a collaborative design and planning workshop where the community is equipped with maps and other planning tools to help "paint the future" of Milton.
There will be two sessions, 9 a.m. to noon, and 1-4 p.m., to offer greater opportunity for public participation. Each session will begin with a brief review of the planning process to date followed by breakout sessions in which the community will work on the future development map and the corresponding implementation measures.
