The Community Development department is responsible for working with many aspects of the City, including the development community, citizens, boards, commissions and elected officials. Our department manages existing planning and zoning, long-range planning, land and building development and code enforcement.
Community Development is made up of four key divisions:
- Planning and Zoning
- Land Development
- Building Development
- Code Enforcement
